Pill Be There is an iPhone app made by Xlepius NZ ("we", "us"). It helps you keep a list of your medicines, reminds you when to take them, and records the doses you confirm.
The short version: we don't collect your information. Everything you put into the app stays on your own iPhone. We have no accounts, no servers that receive your data, no advertising and no tracking.
What the app stores on your iPhone
Medicines you add: names, strengths, doses, times, directions, warnings and limits
Photos you take of medicine labels and pills
The doses you confirm or skip
Voice recordings you make for reminders
Your settings, such as language, app lock and notification options
This information is stored only on your iPhone. We cannot see it and we do not receive it.
Camera, microphone and Face ID
Camera: used only when you take a photo of a label or pill.
Microphone: used only when you record a reminder voice.
Face ID / passcode: used only to unlock the app if you turn on the app lock. Your Face ID data is handled by iOS and is never available to the app or to us.
Label reading, translation and AI
Reading text from labels, translating it and the optional AI tidy-up all happen on your iPhone, using Apple's built-in features. The label text is not sent to us. To translate, your iPhone may download a language pack from Apple the first time; this is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. You can choose to hide medicine names in notifications so they don't show on the lock screen.
Backups
If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, your iPhone's backup may include this app's data. Those backups are controlled by you and by Apple, not by us.
Sharing
We do not sell, share or rent your information, because we don't have it. The app contains no advertising or analytics.
Purchases
Pill Be There is a monthly subscription bought through Apple's App Store, and offer codes are redeemed through Apple too. Apple handles the payment; we receive no payment card details and no personal information from Apple, only confirmation that the subscription is active on your device.
Deleting your information
Deleting a medicine in the app deletes its details. Deleting the app deletes all of its information from your iPhone.
Children
The app is not designed for children. If a child uses it, the information still stays only on the device.

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date above.

面容 ID / 密码： 只在你开启 App 锁后用来解锁。面容 ID 资料由 iOS 处理，App 和我们都无法取得。
标签识别、翻译和 AI
识别标签文字、翻译和可选的 AI 整理，都使用苹果内置功能在你的 iPhone 上完成，标签文字不会发送给我们。第一次翻译时，iPhone 可能需要从苹果下载语言包，这部分由苹果按照苹果的隐私政策处理。
通知
提醒是在你的 iPhone 上设定的。你可以选择在通知中隐藏药名，这样锁屏上就不会显示。
备份
如果你使用 iCloud 备份或把 iPhone 备份到电脑，备份里可能包含本 App 的资料。这些备份由你和苹果管理，不经过我们。
分享
我们不会出售、分享或出租你的资料，因为我们根本没有你的资料。App 里没有广告，也没有数据分析工具。
购买
「药不能停」是按月订阅，通过苹果 App Store 购买，兑换码也通过苹果兑换。付款由苹果处理，我们不会收到你的银行卡资料或个人资料，只会在你的设备上确认订阅是否有效。
删除资料
在 App 里删除某种药，就会删除它的资料。删除 App，就会删除它在 iPhone 上的全部资料。
儿童
本 App 不是为儿童设计的。即使儿童使用，资料也只保存在设备上。
变更
如果 App 处理资料的方式有变化，我们会更新本页和上面的日期。
